The Proper Perspective

Seeing things from God's perspective is important. It is from there that we learn about sin and our need for forgiveness. It is from there that we learn that God loves the world and sent His Son to be the Savior. It is from there that we learn that we are to abandon ourselves to God as His servants and we are at His command. It is from God's perspective that we learn that by surrendering, we become victors. We are victorious not by our power but by God's. Let us live today in His power and show His love. You are a victor as a believer in Jesus.

I am pleased to report that our oldest daughter prayed to receive Jesus last night as her Lord and Savior. Thanks be to the Lord who is gracious to sinners who come in faith.
